The French pronoun "on" has several meanings. "On" can be synonymous to "we", or to "one".

It can also be used to express the lack of embodied or known subject.

The “on” project is an artistic project that is developed by contribution, centered around an ensemble of drawings with “on” as the leitmotif.

​

   Who is “on”?

   If “on” is being no one, none will consider claiming first place. But to hell with commonplace! Each of us is a part of the great human whirlwind and sets it in motion, one way or another. Then, if “on” is any singularity, caught in the game of multitude, it becomes intriguing and worth wondering what the project “on” is plotting.

  For my part, I drew some “on” and invited others to explore the topic. The matter thereby collected is rich and gives rise to a collective exhibition, that you can discover at Michèle and Michel Bargeot’s.
