Tools are necessary to any day-to-day activity and never cease to evolve. Therefore, in order to express in a playful manner this enthusiasm for the development of technique, I represent the “icons” that symbolise the access to digital media on several materials. By playing with this visual vocabulary (the graphic tools and the portal, window, and icon patter), I produce pictures that symbolise the passage from reality to virtuality. This visual repertoire becomes the basis of stained-glass rhodoid (plastic), that then create cardboard volumes that explore our habits and customs.
